Refund Policy – Auto Detailing Services


At Prevailing Auto Details, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering high-quality detailing services, and we stand behind the work we perform.

To ensure fairness and clarity for all customers, we follow the refund policy below:



Service Satisfaction Guarantee


If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the completed detail. We will gladly schedule a free re-clean or touch-up to correct any issues.



Eligibility for Refunds


Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

A service was not performed or was charged in error.

A significant portion of the service was not completed to the standard outlined in your selected package.

Issues remain after we have had the opportunity to correct the service through a re-clean.


Refund eligibility is determined at the discretion of management after reviewing the service and any supporting photos or documentation.



Non-Refundable Situations


Refunds will not be issued for:

Missed spots that could have been corrected in a follow-up appointment.

Pre-existing damage, stains, or odors that cannot be removed through standard detailing.

Situations where the customer declines a re-clean or does not report concerns within 24 hours.

Weather-related issues after the service is complete (rain, dust, etc.).

Gift cards, memberships, or promotional package sales (store credit may be offered in special cases).



Deposits


Certain appointments may require a non-refundable deposit. Deposits may only be refunded if:

The appointment is canceled 24 hours or more in advance.

We are unable to complete the service due to our own scheduling issues or equipment malfunction.


Late cancellations or no-show appointments forfeit the deposit.
