When it comes to mobile detailing “Prevailing Auto Details” seeks to ensure that we provide everyone with the best possible services. First, we would like to take this opportunity to say Thank You, for considering our services and taking the time to read through and acknowledge the policies of our business criteria.


By Scheduling any services with “Prevailing Auto Details” you hereby agree to all terms and conditions on said agreement.


  1. Please provide our staff with a safe and reasonably spaced out location to perform our services.
  2. Permission to be on-premises, by the owner of the property.
  3. If the previously mentioned conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reschedule at a later Time/Date that works with both parties. In addition, there will be a $25 rescheduling fee.
  4. If services are being provided at your home, please make sure all vehicles that will be leaving are arranged, so we do not have to break down our set up and pause services to allow them to pass.
  5. We require payment to be made in full on the day of scheduled service. If the customer is not present they can leave payment in cash or check or we will send an invoice via email that must be paid in full the same day. Failure to pay in full on the same day will result in a 10% late charge accrued each day left unpaid.
  6. We require a 24-hour notice to cancel any booking/detailing service. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
  7. We reserve the right to charge up to ½ of the scheduling detailing service if canceled by the customer on the same day of said scheduled service, unless extreme circumstances could not allow you to keep the scheduled service.
  8. We reserve the right to charge a $100 non-refundable retainer if the customer has canceled and re-scheduled multiple times. 
  9. We reserve the right to alter or amend a booking Time/Date without penalty but wherever possible will let the customer know.
  10. We reserve the right to alter a booking or move a booking in accordance to weather conditions and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company.
  11. Our ETA(Estimated Time of Arrival) for our mobile services may depend on the weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  12. We will contact you the day before the scheduled appointment to confirm, give you an estimated time of arrival, and make sure the weather is permitting us to work.
  13. Please provide us with reasonable direction and access to a standard water spicket, and electrical outlet. Located within 50 feet of designated location of service. If location of service does not said agreement, we reserve the right to charge a $50 material fee per material (Water / Electricity)
  14. Please do not touch any of our company equipment, or employees. If this condition is breached, we reserve the right to cancel the scheduled service without reimbursement. 
  15. Please remove all personal items prior to scheduled service. If this step is not completed, we will do our best to gather all items for safe keeping in a designated bin until the end of service. We cannot be held accountable for any lost or missing items.
  16. We will do our best to clean up any left over mud and soap from the designated location after service is completed, however we cannot be responsible for cleaning anything other than the vehicle being serviced.
